Beginning a new chapter

After seven years of dedicating my life to collaboratio helvetica, the time has come for me to embark on new adventures. Our mission began in 2017 with a bold vision: catalysing systems change towards the #SDGs in Switzerland through an ecosystem of cross-sector #collaboration🇨🇭

🧪 Since then, we tested our assumptions, ran experiments and gained crucial insights into this type of #socialinnovation. These insights led to two major strategy revisions, as well as many new tools, publications, and projects. Looking back, I am #proud of all we have learned and achieved! 🎯🌱

Creating a new initiative is never without its #challenges, let alone if the vision is to work towards #systemschange. I am grateful to have embarked on this incredible #learningjourney, to have met many inspiring people, and for all the ripple effects we created together. And I can’t wait to see what the team, catalysts, #community and partner organisations that make up collaboratio helvetica will co-create in the future!

On my end, I will continue curating the well • change atelier, which I launched in June 2023 to make art-based practices that strengthen our #wellbeing, creativity and #resilience more accessible. I am also exploring exciting new paths to scale my #advocacy and deepen my #research in the field of systems change work. I am looking forward to sharing more about this soon ☺️✨

I'm deeply grateful for every collaboration that has enriched this journey, and especially for those people I've been lucky enough to call friends and allies. Your support and inspiration have been invaluable 🙏 It has been a privilege to contribute to a more regenerative, just and beautiful future in this way, and I hope our paths will cross again. Thank you! 🤍

Nora Wilhelm is a systems change advocate, researcher and artist dedicated to paradigm shifts for a more just and regenerative future. She has been on a quest to make change work since her teens, and eventually hit a wall when her body couldn't cope anymore. She was diagnosed with burn-out, and realised she had to unlearn putting herself at the end of her own to do list. In addition to her systems change work and support for (aspiring) systems change leaders, she founded the well • change atelier in 2023 to make art-based processes and tools to cultivate connection, creativity, and well-being available to more people, and is an outspoken advocate for mental health.
