I’m Nora, a social entrepreneur and systems change advocate from Switzerland

I’m committed to making my best possible contribution towards shifting paradigms – and helping others make theirs

When I was a teenager, I set out on a quest to make my best possible contribution to a more just and regenerative future.

Although I was ‘successful’ on paper, I had a deep inner whisper that told me, “Considering the magnitude of the challenges we are facing, what we’re doing is never enough.”

It wasn’t until I started to work on systems change in 2017 that I was confronted with a life-changing realisation.

I had to learn the hard way, through burn-out and a health diagnosis, just how tricky it is to tackle the root causes, whether it’s a deeply rooted personal pattern, or a systemic issue.

We can’t afford to put a plaster on a broken leg anymore. We need to address the social and environmental challenges our systems have created at the root. And we can’t keep letting one changeworker after the other burn themselves out trying, like I did.

We need to co-create the world we want to live in and make change work for everyone.

Hosting a conference, summit, or event?

Public speaking and guest lectures

Hosting a conference, summit, or event? Over the past 8 years I have delivered hundreds of speeches, some for audiences of more than 1200 people, sometimes sharing the line-up with luminaries such as Nobel Prize winner Muhammad Yunus, Jacinda Ardern, Satish Kumar or Kate Raworth.

Whether you are a NGO, university or business, and whether you are seeking an inspiring input for your senior leadership, whole staff, students or for a public conference, if you’re ready for a speech based on systems thinking, I’d be happy to explore how I could contribute.
